Next, we shift over to iOS 9.3 and what looks to be a bigger than average release with a few headline features. Two features stood out to me in terms of their long-term ramifications. We then look at the Chevy Bolt and discuss why GM thinks it just beat Tesla (and Apple) to win the electric car race.
